Today is "Viernes Social" which means fellowship Friday! This sound better in Spanish. This is a Spanish tradition for Friday's. We get together with family, eat, laugh and share about how our week ended.
Terry and I will be sharing that we were scouting our target area and came upon a Hindu Temple being established in Winter Springs. This did not surprise Terry and I because we always knew that our area is being influenced by animistic religions. This is one of the reason why we feel called to this area of Winter Springs.
This reminds me about a scripture in the book of Ephesians 2:1-5
"And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of
the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),We do not dislike Hindu's but come against their belief with intentions of setting them free from their animistic beliefs. Please pray with us that GOD give us favor in raising our financial support as we itinerate so that we can start reaching those from other countries that are here in the USA in a desperate need of the Savior Jesus Christ.
